Often used alongside Therapeutic Massage, Audio Sonic treatment is the application of intrasonic sound waves of a carefully selected frequency, These sound wave pulses are conducted through cartilage, muscle tissue and bone, stimulating blood flow deep in your body tissue which enhances your natural healing processes.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is a comfortable, fully clothed treatment focusing on the back, shoulders, neck and head, I can also incorporate a foot massage. It is ideal for relieving tension and stress, and is a great option for anyone who finds it difficult to get on or lie comfortably on a massage bed, anyone who is pregnant and needs a bit of stress relief, or anyone who just wants a quick massage. Price is charged per minute and is £1 a minute: for example 10 minutes is £10 and 30 minutes is £30 etc.
